Step 1

choose a good topic

The essay topic should be your own story. You may want to write about your childhood, however, try to focus on a specific example of what has changed your character. Do not write an essay that reflects on your class experiences or grades. Try to ask yourself: “What do I like?” “What are my goals for the future?” “Is there something I could have done as a teenager?”Lastly, try to be honest, and be yourself when you write your essay.
